Over the weekend while mom and I were sewing we got the girls busy making a project of their own. I'm sure alot of us did this when we were kids and it is pretty fun. Kylie and Emily both caught on pretty quickly. Laura helped them get going and pick out all the pretty colors.
Over the summer I bought a huge bag of these loops at a garage sale.
The plastic hook that you use to weave was missing. I found one but it broke right away so my dad made both of the girls a brand new one out of a wire hanger. It worked perfectly. They had a great time and so did Barrett he pulled every loop out of the bag and sat in the middle of them.

Oh my gosh...haven't seen those loops in years! My sister and I made HUNDREDS of those! It was so much fun!
My son can sure make a mess fast, huh?!? I had fun gettin' loopy with the girls :) It was a trip down memory lane.
